Hi, I am Johan Maas (17) from the Netherlands, the CEO and founder of Neaph Group. I have been registering license plates since I was 7 years old. One thing leads to another, and that's how the predecessor of NewCarRegistry™, Only New Car Registration (ONCR) was founded. Then ONCR became part of Neaph Network. ONCR, as well as Neaph Network, changed it's name in January 2016. ONCR is now called NewCarRegistry™ and Neaph Network is now called Neaph Group.
